Harry’s ‘crowd it out don’t cut it out’ approach to health and fitness is concentrated into the Heale Retreats culture.
Harry’s method will promote a feeling of complete wellness and leave you both energised and informed on how to improve and maintain your health and fitness. Harry has been working with clients for a number of years focusing mainly on three specific channels which he has translated into our 3 day retreat.

The Movement aspect of the retreat is split into three sections:
Body awareness – Re learn how to move
Body awareness – Re learn how to move
Mobility and movement classes will start and end the weekend, this is where we will re-connect our body and gain a better awareness of how it functions. Mobilising and exploring ranges of movement from key points and learning how to organise and move with ease.
Build strength and stability
If strength is the one component of fitness that underpins all athletic tasks then a healthy body is a strong one. Coaching sessions will improve four key compound movements with bespoke teaching points and cues to improve the quality of your future training as well.
Breathe sessions
Making the most of our surroundings and environment we take our breathe classes outside involving everything from hiking to our outdoor conditioning area.
Nutrition
Working with a local top chef we have created an unrefined and organic/nutrient dense menu using locally sourced ingredients. Our ‘crowd it out don’t cut it out’ nutrition strategy will nourish not restrict and allow you to enjoy your food knowing that more is more, fun!
Rest
Heale Farm is a great place to unwind from the stresses of life, hidden away on Exmoor and within walking distance of the rugged and stunning North Devon Coast. Green exercise is proven to have massive benefits to our mental health so we recommend taking advantage of the beautiful location and hiking around the area outside of the workouts with footpaths from the farm to the coastal path. Alternatively cosying up on the farm in front of the wood burning stove with a glass of wine is also great to relax and refresh both body and soul.
