The lighter background indicates at least one of the cottages is available. Use the search facility below the calendar to make a booking.

Booking Information

We take bookings on any day of the week. Minimum stay 3 nights maximum stay 14 nights.

Check In & Out

Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below;

Check In 4pm
Check Out 10am on day of departure

Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;

Cancellation made 15 days or more in advance of arrival date = Full deposit refund
Cancellation made 14 days or less of arrival date = 50% of deposit refund
Cancellation made 48hrs or less of arrival date = No refund issued, full amount of booking due

Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their deposit paid and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking guests take out appropriate holiday/cancellation insurance where required. In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.

Security Deposit

Security deposit of £100 is required when booking. This will be fully refunded after your stay unless any damage to cottage or contents.

COVID-19 Guest Charter

Please read and refer to our Guest Charter as this also forms part of our Terms of Booking, also found on our website. If the holiday is unable to proceed due to a Government Order Direction or Advice of Change in Law Affecting Travel to the Property or the Closure of the Property: For example, in the case of Covid Lockdowns or Tier 3 or 4 travel restrictions and closure orders, which is not the decision of the Customer or the Host, the booking will be cancelled and a refund of the holiday cost less the Booking Fee and any previously-incurred Administration Fee/s will be made to the Customer by the same payment method the holiday was paid by. Alternatively, the holiday may be deferred to a later date where any increase in rental rate will be payable 2 weeks before the new holiday start date. No administration charge will be made for re-arranging the holiday to a later date. You are strongly advised to take out independent travel insurance for your holiday, as we are unable to offer any refund or deferral option if you or a member of your family or others in the party has to self-isolate due to or contracts Covid-19. Three traditional stone cottages nestled in the peaceful and natural environment of our farm. Heale Farm Cottage, a barn in days gone by, has been lovingly restored in 2020, furnished in soft natural tones in keeping with its natural environment, full of character and charm

Walking straight out the door of your cottage will take you on an incredible adventure, high onto Exmoor, through ancient woods to the Heddon Valley, connecting you to a section of the South West Coast Path with some of the highest and most dramatic cliffs in England.
